This production line is used for the continuous production of sandwich panels, which is polyurethane sandwiched in the middle and double-sided soft layer material.
Principle of Production
The raw materials of polyurethane or phenolic soaking machine are fed into the mixing head in a certain ratio by the metering pump of the high pressure foaming machine.
After mixing, the material is evenly distributed on the bottom laminate of the sandwich panel, and the upper laminate is sent to the double track laminate conveyor with the same pair. The polyurethane or phenolic foam foams and solidifies between the upper and lower conveying chain plates of the double track laminate conveyor. The solidified sandwich plate is cut into a certain length of finished product on the production line by an automatic hard-tracking cutting machine.
