خط إنتاج ألواح البولي يوريثان المستمر
يُستخدم خط الإنتاج هذا للإنتاج المستمر للألواح المركبة، وهي عبارة عن مادة البولي يوريثان المحصورة في المنتصف ومادة الطبقة الناعمة على الوجهين.
مبدأ الإنتاج
يتم تغذية المواد الخام لآلة نقع البولي يوريثان أو الفينول إلى رأس الخلط بنسبة معينة بواسطة مضخة القياس الخاصة بآلة الرغوة عالية الضغط.
بعد الخلط، تُوزّع المادة بالتساوي على الطبقة السفلية من اللوح المركب، بينما تُنقل الطبقة العلوية إلى ناقل الصفائح المزدوج بنفس الطريقة. يتشكل رغوة البولي يوريثان أو الفينول ويتصلب بين لوحي سلسلة النقل العلوي والسفلي لناقل الصفائح المزدوج. يُقطع اللوح المركب المتصلب إلى أطوال محددة من المنتج النهائي على خط الإنتاج بواسطة آلة قطع أوتوماتيكية ذات مسار صلب.
